Pager calls are reserved for emergency situations where you cannot sell books via the Cash Register of Anthology. Calls for non-emergencies will be deferred to the next business day.
The pager is automatically shut off during non-support hours and turned back on each morning. Calls that arrive during non-support hours are stored and delivered during pager hours the next day.
Please do not email for emergencies. This emergency support mailbox is only checked during normal business hours.
Closed for Holidays - New Year's day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
There will be no pager service on Christmas day or Thanksgiving day, but we will offer emergency holiday and after hours support on all the other days (when most retailers are open).

Anthology provides after hours and holiday support during the following hours:
Monday thru Friday - 5:00 pm to 9 pm EST
Saturday and Sunday - 9 am to 9 pm EST
Holidays - 12:00 pm to 8 pm - please note there is no pager service on Thanksgiving and Christmas days.
