Using the integrated email functionality in Anthology, I can now handle my special order notifications in 30 minutes, instead of paying my staff to make phone calls for three hours. It also gives our customers a new way to communicate with us, and helps to open the door for emails we send about special events, etc. What a great feature!"

I was new to using a POS system when we opened our store in January 2018. I chose Anthology because I liked the free tutorials that were introduced to me when I attended the Paz workshop in the fall of 2017.
We are 6 months in and the store is running smoothly. On occasion we still need to reach out for tech support from the very helpful and responsive team at Anthology but very rarely because most information we need for problem solving is found right on the desktop.
We have been running both weekly and monthly reports which help us adjust our ordering and work toward better profit margins. We even print out reports on gift card sales to track what cards have not been redeemed. I love how I get occasional calls and or emails checking in on our store.We are very happy with Anthology!"
